Bianca has led capacity-building activities on carbon markets for government and non-state actors. She has experience in developing strategic partnerships, facilitating sharing of carbon pricing practices and lessons through regional collaborations and climate change negotiations. She is currently on secondment from VCMI as an Advisor to the Climate Envoy at the Executive of the President - Kenya.
