Mills Schenck is a Partner and Head of Boston Consulting Group's Nairobi office. He has deep experience in corporate strategy, including growth, portfolio, M&A, and investor strategy across a range of industries. Mills has advised multiple Kenya-based companies on strategy development and planning, incorporating global best practices and local market dynamics to drive value creation. He also has experience supporting non-profit organizations and large-scale donors on global health and development strategies in East Africa. Prior to joining BCG, Mills worked in Visa USA's corporate development group and at Harris Williams & Co., a boutique investment bank.

Sisi Pan is a Project Leader in BCG’s Nairobi office, previously in London and Boston. Sisi is experienced across healthcare and economic development topics. Sisi has supported organizations on strategy design and transformation, ranging from scaling a West African agri-tech company to launching a new disease franchise for a global biopharma company. Prior to joining BCG, Sisi was a technical partner to the Ministries of Health of eSwatini and Cambodia, and helped build Flare, a digital emergency response platform in Kenya.

Elahe Popat Anjarwalla is a Consultant in BCG’s Nairobi office and has operational experience working across East and Southern Africa. Elahe has worked in sectors including banking, agriculture, consumer goods and ICT, supporting organisations on operational transformation, strategy, operating model redesign and change management. Prior to joining BCG, Elahe worked with an East African IT systems integrator and a global management consulting firm in London and Johannesburg.
