compliance and risk management.
― Currently, Lydia is the Regulatory Practice lead at KPMG East Africa; where she leads a dynamic team of professionals in corporate due diligence reviews, legal audits, restructuring advisories, employment law advisory, immigration support and tax dispute resolution.
― Lydia has been involved in assisting many clients to ensure tax compliance and resolve Kenya Revenue Authority assessments, she is experienced in the appeal processes and procedures and negotiations with the KRA.
― She has a good understanding of international taxation and has helped many foreign companies to start operations in Kenya in a very tax optimal way.

Ken Gichinga is the Founder and Chief Economist at Mentoria Economics. His primary role is to provide clients with strategic insights on the global, regional and Kenyan economy. Prior to this, Ken served as a Senior Economist at Commercial Bank of Africa (now NCBA) as well as Equity Bank. Ken has also served as a Business Analyst at Microsoft Corporation in Seattle, USA. He holds an Economics Degree from Harvard University and has been a recipient of the inaugural Business Daily Top 40 under 40 award in 2011. Every Tuesday, Ken hosts a weekly radio/podcast show on Capital FM titled Financial Forecasts.
