Limited. He has over 14 years’ experience in investment programme design, development and management, fund raising, fund management, business modelling and assessment, public private partnership frameworks and investment linkage.
Prior to joining Kenya Climate Ventures Limited, Victor worked at
Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund, KPMG - International Development Advisory Services, providing technical sector expertise, leading investment and portfolio management, enterprise development and impact monitoring and reporting of renewable energy businesses and climate smart technologies in East, West and Southern Africa.
Victor has a degree in Bachelor of Science, Agricultural Economics from Egerton University and a Master of Business Administration, Strategic Management from Nairobi University.

She has served EA conservation since 1995 through various platforms, including: The Wildlife Foundation, Friends of Nairobi National Park, East African Wild Life Society, Wildlife Clubs of Kenya, World Wildlife Foundation, African Wildlife Foundation, African Conservation Center, Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
From 1985-87, Joan Sikand worked as assistant to the Clerk of The United States Court of International Trade. Joan has written many articles on this topic, including guest writer for Foreign Affairs.
Joan has served on The Kenyan National Committee of the United World Colleges since 2004, bringing International Baccalaureate scholarships to Kenya. She is also a widely acclaimed poet and historian, authoring more than six volumes of published work. Her play, 'Peace and Love', was performed in Nairobi and Nanyuki, in 2017.
She has been an active member of The American Chamber of Commerce Kenya since 1998.
Africa Public Affairs Director, Coca Cola
Emily is the Africa Public Affairs Director for Coca-Cola, where she oversees the public policy affairs across the continent. She is an experienced government affairs, strategic communications and sustainability professional having worked in diverse roles across Africa and Europe over the last 15 years.
Emily has a broad understanding of the political, social and business operating environments within the continent having spent most of her career managing affairs in Eastern and Southern Africa, Horn of Africa, Indian Ocean Islands and Francophone Africa.
She is passionate about sustainability with a key highlight being driving the plastic bottle recycling agenda in Kenya by mobilizing industry players across the value chain to create a platform that led to both policy reform and the start of a formal PET bottle recycling initiative in Kenya.
She holds an Economics degree from the University of Nairobi as well as post graduate long-term training in business leadership and strategy with accreditation from Strathmore Business School (SBS) and the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
Emily is a Board Director, East Africa Business Council (EABC) and
Governing Council Member at the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) where she chairs the environment sector board.
She was listed as a “Top 40 under 40” Woman in 2018 a roll of honour recognizing outstanding women who demonstrate ingenuity, freshness, performance and excellence in their professional fields, careers and other areas of interests.
Public Affairs Leader, Dow Africa
Mumbi Keega is the Public Affairs Leader for Africa. In her role, she is responsible for developing and implementing integrated, multi-channel internal and external communications plans that protect, build and drive Dow’s reputation and brand with key stakeholder groups across key counties of South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Morocco and Algeria.
Mumbi is also responsible for supporting business objectives and priorities and drive growth; drive competitive advantage through policy and political advocacy as well as issue resolution; foster relationships and build goodwill for Dow at community levels; and drive employee engagement and alignment.
Mumbi also serves as Vice Chair of Industrialization and Enterprise Development Sector at the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) and is a Board Member of AmCham Ethiopia
