AmCham in partnership with Bowmans welcomes you to a virtual briefing session with the Kenya Anti-Counterfeit Authority (ACA).
The ACA created the recordal system to strengthen and improve counterfeit enforcement in Kenya. Beginning January 1, 2023, IPR owners had to ensure that all the IPRs related to goods they intend to import into Kenya have been recorded by the ACA.
The ACA commenced recordation of IPRs in July 2022 and IPR owners and importers continue to grapple with compliance requirements.
AmCham and Bowmans are therefore pleased to invite you to an interactive virtual briefing session with the ACA, May 30, 2023, 12noon - 1.20pm.
